Summary:An objective of the present invention is to provide a safe environment for non-contact charging by discovering an electronic device remaining in a vehicle before starting charging to prevent damage to the electronic device by an electromagnetic wave from charging by electromagnetic binding. A process of checking whether the electronic device remains is performed in advance based on wireless communication information generated by the electronic device remaining in the vehicle. When the electronic device remaining in the vehicle is detected, a charging current value is controlled based on an allowable current value for the detected electronic device, or a warning is generated to notify the presence of the electronic device in the vehicle.
