Summary:The present invention provides a solid body imaging device which reduces the deterioration of image quality due to the deviation of the signal reading timing. The solid body imaging device includes a pixel array (12), a first vertical signal line, a second vertical signal line, and a control unit. The cell (20) includes multiple pixels. A vertical signal line (21) which is also the first vertical signal line is accessed to a first cell. Another vertical signal line (21) which is also the second vertical signal line is accessed to a second cell. The control unit generates a timing array. The cell (20) has at least two pixels arranged in the horizontal direction and vertical direction respectively. The control unit allocates the sequence to the selected ones among the pixels to have continuous signal reading timing in the vertical direction. The control unit generates a timing signal allocated with the prior sequence regarding the selected pixels from other pixels.
