Summary:An organic light emitting diode display according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate, a blocking layer formed on the substrate, a first gate insulating layer which covers the substrate and the blocking layer, a driving semiconductor layer and a switching semiconductor layer which are formed on the first gate insulating layer, a second gate insulating layer which covers the driving semiconductor layer and the switching semiconductor layer, a driving gate electrode and a switching gate electrode which are formed on the second gate insulating layer and overlapping the driving semiconductor layer and the switching semiconductor layer, an insulating interlayer which covers the driving gate electrode and the switching gate electrode, a switching source electrode which is formed on the insulating interlayer and is connected to the switching semiconductor layer, a protection layer which covers the switching source electrode, and an organic light emitting diode which is formed on the protection layer and is connected to the driving semiconductor layer. The driving semiconductor layer may overlap the blocking layer.
