Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing milk ice for ice flakes wherein the milk ice is the shape of fine powder is manufactured by mixing milk, whipped cream, and lactose at a constant ratio without using water to prevent the ice flakes from being melted and to make the ice flakes have soft texture at the same time when the ice flakes are manufactured by using the manufactured milk ice and are eaten by a person. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing milk ice for ice flakes includes the steps of: producing an ice making material by mixing milk, whipped cream, and lactose; manufacturing ice by applying the ice making material on the surface of an ice making body, which has a freezing point lower than a freezing point of the ice making material and has a sleek surface; and scraping the ice of the ice making material, frozen on the surface of the ice making body, with a knife. |
