The method for evaluating culture contents by using a technology for obtaining and analyzing brain wave signals and eye blinking signals may include: a step of obtaining raw data including a plurality of bio-signals measured from a person to be tested; a pretreatment step of synchronizing the raw data with time of the contents; a step of extracting feature elements of each bio-signal from the raw data; a step of analyzing correlation between the bio-signals by using the feature elements; and analyzing the correlation and then providing an evaluation result of the contents.
