Summary:A fuel supply system and a method for a container carrier are disclosed. According to the present invention, the fuel supply system for a container carrier includes: a fuel tank provided in a terminal wherein a container carrier is anchored; and a fuel supply barge on the sea, which is provided with fuel from the fuel tank of the terminal and supplies the fuel to the container carrier. The terminal allows the loading and unloading of containers on and from the container carrier and the supply of fuel through the fuel supply barge.
