The present invention relates to a foldable support for a portable item. According to the present invention, the support has a body unit (10) forming a frame. The body unit (10) has a front plate (12) formed on a side of the front surface. A window (14) is formed on the front plate (12). Only a part on the edge of the front surface of the portable item is covered by the edge of the window (14). A storage unit (20) is formed in a space between the front plate (12) and a rear plate (22) arranged on the back of the front plate (12) at a predetermined gap there-between, or in another word, in a space between the rear plate (22) and the front plate (12) corresponding to the window (14) formed on the front surface (12). A support unit (30) is formed in a direction opposite to the first plate (12) to maintain a predetermined angle between a first support plate (32) and a second support plate (34). The first and second support plates (32, 34) are in the shape of a mortar narrowing toward a connection unit to enable the support to be arranged on the ground in a tilted position regardless of whether the support is arranged in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. The present invention enables the portable item to be mounted on the storage unit (20) regardless of whether the portable item is arranged in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. The support can store various portable items while not covering a screen on the front surface of the portable items to enable the portable items to be used while being stored therein.
