The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a shoe using a standardized inner member and an elastic outer cover. The manufacturing method comprises: a step of forming the inner member of a shoe shape which accommodates a foot where a foot insertion portion is open in an upper portion by an injection molding; a step of manufacturing the outer cover with a flexible material where an insertion groove is formed in an upper portion to make the inner member included and the floor is integrated; a step of inserting the inner member into the insertion groove of the outer cover, and standardizing a shape of the outer cover; and a step of applying an adhesive to the floor surface of the standardized outer cover, and gluing the sole. The method of the present invention can manufacture the shoe which enables to reduce process time and costs by a simple combination of the standardized inner member and the flexible outer cover.
