Summary: | Disclosed are a negative electrode active material, a negative electrode and a lithium battery using the same, and a method for manufacturing the negative electrode active material, wherein the negative electrode active material includes a silicon-based alloy consisting of Si, Ti, Ni and Fe. The silicon-based alloy includes Ti_2Ni form as inactive state and low active silicon content than the existing one, wherein the negative electrode active material can improve a discharge capacity of the lithium battery and lifespan characteristics.
음극 활물질, 이를 채용한 음극 및 리튬 전지, 그리고 상기 음극 활물질의 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 음극 활물질은 Si, Ti, Ni 및 Fe 성분으로 구성된 실리콘계 합금을 포함하며, 상기 실리콘계 합금은 비활성 상으로서 TiNi 상을 포함하며, 기존보다 낮은 함량의 활성 실리콘을 포함한다. 상기 음극 활물질은 리튬 전지의 방전용량 및 수명 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다. |
