The present invention relates to a dynamic information display device which includes: a support frame extending vertically; a holder frame which is coupled to be able to rotate relative to the support frame, enabling pendulum movement based on the support frame, and which is provided with a holder unit in order to hold a smartphone; a relay unit which is coupled between the support frame and the holder frame in order to couple the holder frame to be able to rotate around the support frame; a smartphone provided with a display unit which displays notification information set by a user′s selection while under pendulum movement along the holder frame by being equipped in an mounting unit; and a charging unit equipped in the holder frame in order to charge the smartphone equipped in the mounting unit. The dynamic information display device can charge a smartphone while a user is not using the smartphone by the charging unit; enables the user to use functions of the smartphone for a temporary sleeping state of the smartphone by displaying various kinds of information by the displaying unit; and may cause interest to users with the application of dynamic motions of the smartphone with the pendulum movement of the holder frame. 본 발명은 동적 정보 표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 상하로 연장된 지지프레임과; 지지프레임을 기준으로 진자 운동 가능하도록 상기 지지프레임에 회전가능하게 결합되며 스마트폰을 거치할 수 있도록 거치부가 마련된 거치프레임과; 상기 지지프레임에 대하여 상기 거치프레임을 회전가능하게 결합시키도록 상기 지지프레임과 상기 거치프레임 사이에 결합된 중계부와; 상기 장착부에 장착되어 상기 거치프레임을 따라 진자 운동하면서 사용자의 선택에 따라 설정된 알림정보를 표시하는 디스플레이가 마련된 스마트폰과; 상기 장착부에 장착된 상기 스마트폰을 충전시킬 수 있도록 상기 거치프레임에 장착된 충전부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 동적 정보 표시장치는 충전부를 통해 사용자가 스마트폰을 사용하지 않은 동안에 스마트폰을 충전할 수 있고, 디스플레이를 통해 스마트폰을 이용하여 각종 정보들을 표시되게 하여 스마트폰의 단기적 휴면상태에서도 스마트폰의 기능을 활용할 수 있도록 하며, 거치프레임의 진자 운동에 따라 스마트폰을 동적인 움직임을 부가함으로써 사용자에게 흥미를 유발하거나 재미를 줄 수 있다.
