The present invention relates to a laxative composition for colon cleaning and, specifically, to a laxative composition for colon cleaning, which comprises: 40-60 g of polyethylene glycol, 10-28 g of sorbitol, and 1-10 mg of sodium picosulphate per 100 ml of a composition; or 40-60 g of polyethylene glycol, 10-28 g of sorbitol, and 1-15 mg of bisacodyl per 100 ml of a composition. According to the present invention, the composition has an excellent rate of cleaning laxative and high drug compliance. In addition, the composition with a small dose of water is enough to represent effects in cleaning laxative, thus relieving pain caused by a large dose of drug when dosing laxative. 본 발명은 장관 세척용 하제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 조성물 100ml 당 폴리에틸렌글리콜 40 내지 60g, 솔비톨 10 내지 28g 및 피코황산나트륨 1 내지 10mg을 포함하거나, 조성물 100ml 당 폴리에틸렌글리콜 40 내지 60g, 솔비톨 10 내지 28g 및 비사코딜 1 내지 15mg을 포함하는 장관 세척용 하제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 상기 하제 조성물은 장관 세척률이 우수하면서 복약순응도가 높다. 또한, 상기 하제 조성물은 소량의 물과 함께 복용하여도 충분한 장관 세척 효과를 나타내어, 하제를 복용할 때 환자가 다량의 약물을 복용하여야 하는 고통을 경감시켜 준다.
