Summary:The present invention relates to a bi-directional TV communications service processor and a method using context data which process a communications service such as SMS or calls to a TV by referring to the context data indicating on which TV and how the communication service user is using the service. The TV communications service processor can include a context data transmission unit, a context data management unit, and a data transmission/receive unit. For this purpose, the TV communications service processor refers to the context data indicating on which TV and how the communication service user is using the service, so the TV user can be provided with the communications service in an efficient way. 본 발명은 착신 서비스를 받을 이용자가 어느 TV에서 어떤 상태로 서비스를 받고 있는지를 나타내는 콘텍스트 정보를 참조하여 해당 TV로 문자 및 전화 등의 통신서비스를 처리하는 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, TV통신서비스 처리장치는 콘텍스트 정보 전송부, 콘텍스트 정보 관리부, 데이터 송수신부를 포함할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 통신서비스의 수신을 받을 이용자가 어느 TV에서 어떤 상태로 서비스를 받고 있는지를 나타내는 콘텍스트 정보를 참조하여 해당 TV를 사용하는 이용자에게 통신 서비스를 효과적으로 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
