Summary:The present invention relates to an electric test jig of a printed circuit board, combined with a number of plates to secure reliability by accurately measuring a position of a probe pin inserted into the electric test jig, and having a through hole made to insert the probe pin into the plates. A hole for position measurement to measure a position of the probe pin and a position of the through hole is formed on the outermost plate, adjacent to the product, among the plates. The hole for position measurement is able to be formed in a central part which is not affected by the probe pin inserted into the through hole. 본 발명은 전기 검사 지그에 삽입된 프로브핀의 위치를 정확히 측정하여 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있도록 다수의 플레이트들이 적층 결합되며, 상기 플레이트에 프로브핀이 끼워지는 관통홀이 천공된 인쇄회로기판의 전기 검사 지그에 있어서: 상기 다수의 플레이트 중 제품과 밀착되는 최외곽측 플레이트에는 상기 관통홀의 위치와 프로브핀의 위치를 측정할 수 있도록 위치측정용 홀이 형성될 수 있다.
