Summary:A pumping circuit includes a cross-coupled charge pump circuit including first and second capacitors, pumping an input voltage in response to a first inverted clock signal and a first clock signal, and transistors for delivering the input voltage to the capacitors or delivering the pumped voltage to an output node; and a switching voltage supply circuit supplying switching voltages to gates of the transistors delivering the input voltage and the pumped voltage when the input voltage and the pumped voltage are being delivered. Therefore, according to the present invention, the pumping circuit is capable of improving an operation property to generate the pumped voltage. 펌핑 회로는 제1 클럭 신호 및 제1 반전 클럭 신호에 응답하여 입력 전압을 펌핑하기 위한 제1 및 제2 커패시터들, 및 입력 전압을 커패시터들로 전달하거나 펌핑 전압을 출력 노드로 전달하기 위한 트랜지스터들을 포함하는 크로스 커플드 차지 펌프 회로, 및 입력 전압 및 펌핑 전압이 전달될 때 입력 전압 및 펌핑 전압을 전달하는 트랜지스터들의 게이트들로 스위칭 전압들을 공급하는 스위칭 전압 공급 회로를 포함한다.
