The data driving part includes switches which are switched by responding to a switching control signal, and test pads which receive at least one among the data voltages through the switches. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 표시장치는 복수의 화소들이 배치된 표시 패널, 상기 화소들에 데이터 전압들을 제공하는 데이터 구동부를 포함하고, 상기 데이터 구동부는, 스위칭 제어 신호에 응답하여 스위칭되는 복수의 스위치들, 상기 스위치들을 통해 상기 데이터 전압들 중 적어도 하나 이상의 데이터 전압을 수신하는 테스트 패드들을 포함한다.
