Summary:The present invention relates to a bulletproof material that a polyimide resin is impregnated in a high intensity fiber fabric. The bulletproof material comprises: (i) a process of impregnating a polyamic acid in the high intensity fiber fabric; and (ii) a process of curing the high intensity fiber fabric where the polyamic acid is impregnated, and polymerizing the polyamic acid into polyimide. According to the present invention, the bulletproof material has an improved impact dispersion performance when impacted due to an amorphous property of the polyimide resin which is impregnated in the high intensity fiber fabric, and is lightened rather than a bulletproof material laminating a resin film to an existing high intensity fiber fabric as a gap of the high intensity fiber fabric is filled by the polyimide. The bulletproof material enables to prevent a risk which may bring secondary damage to a wearer as the existing laminated resin film is destroyed when impacted, and to improve a bulletproof ability.
