A propellent composition of the present invention has low temperature of combustion gas during combustion, and does not comprise hydrogen chloride (HCl) and a solid particle, as a propellent composition comprising an oxidizing agent, a coolant, a plasticizer, a binder, and a hardening agent, which is a propellent composition comprising: the oxidizing agent comprising at least one species selected form the group consisting of cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine and cyclotetramethylenetetranitramine; the coolant comprising at least one species selected form the group consisting of nitroguanidine, oxamide, ammonium oxalate, dihydroxy glyoxime, and melamine; and the plasticizer comprising a mixture of butanol trinitrate and trimethylolethane trinitrate. 본 발명은 산화제, 냉각제, 가소제, 바인더 및 경화제를 포함하는 추진제 조성물로서, 상기 산화제는 사이클로트리메틸렌트리니트라민 및 사이클로테트라메틸렌테트라니트라민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하며, 상기 냉각제는 니트로구아니딘, 옥사마이드, 암모늄옥살레이트, 다이하이드록시글라이옥심 및 멜라민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하며, 상기 가소제는 부탄올 트리니트레이트 및 트리메틸올에탄 트리니트레이트의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추진제 조성물로, 상기 추진제 조성물은 연소시 연소가스의 온도가 낮으며, 염화수소(HCl) 및 고체 입자를 포함하지 않는 것이 특징이다.
