Summary:A non-aqueous electrolyte battery according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an electrode group, a pair of electrode leads which are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the electrode group, a battery case which includes an electrode group receiving unit which receives the electrode group, a terminal receiving unit which receives each electrode lead by being connected to the electrode group receiving unit and a welding sealing unit which seals the terminal receiving unit and the electrode group receiving unit, wherein, a through hole to expose a part of each electrode lead is formed in the terminal receiving unit, and a resin sealing material which seals a gap between the terminal receiving unit and the electrode lead exposed from the through hole. The resin sealing material is annularly installed in the through hole along a frame part of the through hole and includes a resin composition whose thermal expansion coefficient is 8 to 50(x10^(-6)/K) at 0 to 100 degrees centigrade. 본 실시 형태의 비수전해질 전지는, 전극군과, 전극군의 정극 및 부극에 각각 접속된 한 쌍의 전극 리드와, 전극군을 수납하는 전극군 수납부, 전극군 수납부에 연통하여 각 전극 리드를 수납하는 단자 수납부, 및, 전극군 수납부 및 단자 수납부를 밀봉하는 용접 밀봉부를 갖고, 단자 수납부에 각 전극 리드의 일부를 노출시키는 관통 구멍이 형성된 전지 케이스와, 관통 구멍으로부터 노출된 전극 리드와 단자 수납부의 간극을 밀봉하는 수지 밀봉재를 구비하고, 이 수지 밀봉재는, 관통 구멍의 테두리부를 따라서 관통 구멍 내에 환상으로 설치되며, 0 내지 100℃에 있어서의 열팽창률이 8 내지 50(×10/K)인 수지 조성물을 포함한다.
