Summary: | The present invention relates to a method of processing a polycarbonate (PC) resin and acrylonitraile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin at high shear rates, where a phosphoric acid-based compatibilizer is added. A PC/ABS blend processed by the method of the present invention exhibits no degradation in physical properties due to a phase separation phenomenon to be employed in wide commercial applications. The method according to the present invention may be a method of processing a PC/ABS blend at high shear rates under a rotary velocity of 500-3000 rpm and a temperature of 200-250°C after mixing with 0.01-10 parts by weight of a diphosphate-based compatibilizer, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a PC/ABS blend.
본 발명은 인산계 상용화제가 첨가된 상태에서 폴리카보네이트(PC) 수지와 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지를 고전단 가공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법을 통해 제조된 PC/ABS 블렌드는 상분리 현상에 의한 물성이 저하될 염려가 전혀 없으므로, 광범위한 분야에서 상업적으로 이용이 가능하다. |
