Abstract | The present invention relates to an oriented electrical steel sheet comprising: 2.0-4.5 wt% of Si; 0.005-0.040 wt% of Al; 0.20 wt% or less of Mn (exclusive of 0 wt%); 0.04-0.08 wt% of C; 0.0010-0.006 wt% of N; 0.0010-0.006 wt% of S; 0.03-0.09 wt% of Sn; 0.01-0.05 wt% of Sb; 0.01-0.05 wt% of P; and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, having 30% or less of coarse grains greater than 40 μm with respect to a total area having an average crystal grain size (Ra) of a crystal grain obtained through a first decrystallization within a specific range, and to a manufacturing method capable of providing the oriented electrical steel sheet. The present invention provides the oriented electric steel sheet having a loss of low wattage, a high magnetic flux density, and a high magnetic property in a low magnetic field; and the manufacturing method thereof.
