Summary: | The present invention relates to an oriented electrical steel sheet comprising: 2.0-4.5 wt% of Si; 0.005-0.040 wt% of Al; 0.20 wt% or less of Mn (exclusive of 0 wt%); 0.04-0.08 wt% of C; 0.0010-0.006 wt% of N; 0.0010-0.006 wt% of S; 0.03-0.09 wt% of Sn; 0.01-0.05 wt% of Sb; 0.01-0.05 wt% of P; and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, having 30% or less of coarse grains greater than 40 μm with respect to a total area having an average crystal grain size (Ra) of a crystal grain obtained through a first decrystallization within a specific range, and to a manufacturing method capable of providing the oriented electrical steel sheet. The present invention provides the oriented electric steel sheet having a loss of low wattage, a high magnetic flux density, and a high magnetic property in a low magnetic field; and the manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명은 Si: 2.0 내지 4.5 중량%, Al: 0.005 내지 0.040 중량%, Mn: 0.20 중량%이하(0중량% 제외), C: 0.04 내지 0.08 중량%, N : 0.0010 내지 0.006중량%, S : 0.0010 내지 0.006중량%, Sn : 0.03 내지 0.09 중량%, Sb : 0.01 내지 0.05중량%, P : 0.01 내지 0.05중량%, 및 잔부의 Fe 및 기타 불순물로 이루어지며, 40㎛초과 조대결정립 면적 분율이 30%이하이고, 1차 재결정의 결정립 평균 결정 입도(Ra)가 특정 범위 이내인 방향성 전기강판 및 상기 방향성 전기강판을 제공할 수 있는 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. |
