본 발명의 강판 블랭킹 시스템은, 설비 투자를 필요로 하지 않고, 압연 종료 후의 강판으로부터 제품 강판을 블랭킹하는 블랭킹 작업의 합리화 및 신속화를 도모하도록 한 것이며, 강판(1)의 표면에 레이저광을 조사하여 제품 강판의 형상을 나타내는 절단선(2)을 그리는 레이저 조사 장치(200)와, 상기 레이저광을 검출하는 레이저광 검출기(403), 상기 강판을 절단하는 절단기(402), 및 상기 강판 상을 주행하는 본체부(405)를 갖는 이동 절단 장치(400)를 구비하고, 상기 이동 절단 장치(400)는 상기 레이저광 검출기(403)로 상기 절단선(2)을 검출함으로써, 상기 절단선(2)에 추종하도록 절단을 실시한다.
