In case the organic light emitting display panel is bent, compressive stress or a neutral side on which the compressive stress and tensile stress are balanced is applied to the thin film transistor including the semiconductor layer. 본 발명은 가요성 기판, 반도체층을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 및 유기 발광층을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 패널을 포함하며, 상기 유기 발광 표시 패널을 휘는 경우 압축 스트레스 또는 상기 압축 스트레스와 인장 스트레스가 평형을 이루는 중립면이 상기 반도체층을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터에 인가되는 유기 발광 표시 장치에 대한 것이다.
