The hologram printing apparatus partitions the hologram film into multiple areas, and arranges at least one object beam collection part. The object beam collection part modulates object beam into hologram element image, outputs a signal beam, and collects the signal beam and radiating the hologram film. 홀로그램 필름을 분할하여 홀로그램 엘리먼트 이미지를 기록하는 홀로그램 기록 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 홀로그램 기록 장치는 홀로그램 필름을 복수의 영역으로 분할하고, 분할된 영역 별로 적어도 하나의 물체빔 집광부를 배치하며, 상기 물체빔 집광부들은 홀로그램 엘리먼트 이미지로 물체빔을 변조하여 신호빔을 출력하고, 신호빔을 집광하여 홀로그램 필름에 입사시킬 수 있다.
