The present invention is to provide an on-resistance measuring device capable of measuring the exact on-resistance of a circuit by repeating turn-on or turn-off processes separated between transistors in a circuit including a plurality of transistors. The on-resistance measuring device according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of transistors which are connected in parallel; and a circuit resistance measuring unit which connects both ends of the transistors, measures a first circuit resistance by turning on the transistors, and measures a second circuit resistance by turning off a part of the transistors. 본 발명에 의한 온저항 측정 장치는 병렬로 연결된 복수의 트랜지스터들 및 상기 복수의 트랜지스터들의 양단들을 연결할 수 있고, 상기 복수의 트랜지스터들을 턴온시켜 제1 회로 저항을 측정하고, 상기 복수의 트랜지스터들 중 일부를 턴오프시켜 제2 회로 저항을 측정하는 회로 저항 측정부를 포함한다.
