According to one aspect of the present invention, an organic light diode display device comprises: a first transistor supplying data voltage to a first node according to a scan signal; a driving transistor in which a drain electrode is connected with the first node, a source electrode is connected with a second node, and a gate electrode is connected with a third node; a second transistor connecting the second node and the third node according to the scan signal; a first capacitor in which one end is connected with the third node, and the other end is connected with a fourth node; a third transistor connecting the second node and the fourth node according to a light emitting control signal; a second capacitor of which one end receives a control signal and the other end is connected with the third node; an organic light emitting diode in which low voltage power voltage is applied to a cathode electrode, and an anode electrode is connected with a fifth node; and a fourth transistor connecting the first node and the fifth node according to the light emitting control signal. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 유기 발광 다이오드 표시장치는 스캔 신호에 따라 데이터 전압을 제1노드로 공급하는 제1트랜지스터; 드레인 전극이 상기 제1노드와 연결되며, 소스 전극이 제2노드와 연결되며, 게이트 전극이 제3노드와 연결되는 구동 트랜지스터; 상기 스캔 신호에 따라 상기 제2노드 및 상기 제3노드를 연결하는 제2트랜지스터; 일단이 상기 제3노드와 연결되며, 타단이 제4노드와 연결되는 제1커패시터; 발광 제어 신호에 따라 상기 제2노드와 상기 제4노드를 연결하는 제3트랜지스터; 일단으로 제어 신호가 인가되며, 타단은 상기 제3노드와 연결되는 제2커패시터; 캐소드 전극으로 저전위 전원 전압이 인가되고, 애노드 전극은 제5노드와 연결되는 유기 발광 다이오드; 및 상기 발광 제어 신호에 따라 상기 제1노드 및 상기 제5노드를 연결하는 제4트랜지스터를 포함한다.
