The present invention provides a backlight unit for reducing the failure inspection time and the manufacturing time of the backlight unit, a display apparatus and a lighting apparatus using the same. The backlight unit includes a support case which includes a support plate which supports a light source module and a support sidewall which is combined with the outline of the support plate by being bent, a diffusion plate which is received on the support sidewall and outputs light to the outside by diffusing the light inputted from the light source module, a reflection sheet which is arranged on the support plate and reflects the light which is inputted, and at least one support unit which is arranged on the support plate, supports the diffusion plate, and closely attaches the reflection sheet to the support plate. The support unit includes a support bar which is arranged on the support plate, at least one post which protrudes from the upper side of the support bar and supports the diffusion plate, and a plurality of ribs which protrude from the side of the support bar in a lateral direction and closely attaches the reflection sheet to the support plate. 본 발명은 백 라이트 유닛 전체의 제조 시간 및 불량 검사 시간을 단축시키기 위한 백 라이트 유닛, 이를 이용한 디스플레이 장치 및 조명장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 광원 모듈을 지지하는 지지 플레이트 및 상기 지지 플레이트의 외곽에 절곡되게 결합된 지지 측벽을 포함하는 지지 케이스, 상기 지지 측벽에 안착되어 상기 광원 모듈로부터 입사되는 광을 확산시켜 외부로 방출하는 확산판, 상기 지지 플레이트에 배치되어 입사되는 광을 반사시키는 반사 시트, 및 상기 지지 플레이트에 배치되어 상기 확산판을 지지하면서 상기 반사 시트를 상기 지지 플레이트에 밀착시키는 적어도 하나의 지지부를 포함하고, 상기 지지부는 상기 지지 플레이트에 배치되는 지지 바, 상기 지지 바의 상면으로부터 돌출되어 상기 확산판을 지지하는 적어도 하나의 포스트, 및 상기 지지 바의 측면으로부터 측방으로 돌출되어 상기 반사 시트를 상기 지지 플레이트에 밀착시키는 복수의 리브를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
