본 발명의 목적은 품질이 보다 안정된 백시니아 바이러스 접종 토끼 염증 피부 추출물 및 상기 추출물을 함유하는 제제 등을 제공하는 것에 있다. 백시니아 바이러스 접종 토끼 염증 피부 추출물 및 상기 추출물을 함유하는 제제에 함유되는 N-아세틸뉴라민산의 양을 지표로 함으로써, 상기 추출물 및 제제의 제조 로트마다의 품질을 보다 안정적인 것으로서 확보할 수 있다. 그러한 방법으로 품질이 보다 안정된 것으로 된 백시니아 바이러스 접종 토끼 염증 피부 추출물 및 상기 추출물을 함유하는 제제는 그 유효성 및 안전성도 보다 엄격하게 담보된 것이 되어 매우 유용성이 높은 것이다. The extract from inflamed skins of rabbits inoculated with vaccinia virus and the preparation containing the extract which are manufactured as above, and in which the quality thereof becomes more stable, are warranted to maintain efficacy and safety in more strict manner, and thus extremely useful.
