Disclosed are a method for processing log data and a system for performing the same. The system according to an embodiment comprises: a first storing module; a second storing module; a log collecting module for collecting log data generated by a task process for customers, classifying the log data into first log data and second log data according to the kinds of the log data, transmitting the first log data to the first storing module, and transmitting the second log data to the second storing module; and a log graph generating module for generating a log data graph for at least one kind of storing data from the first storing module and the second storing module. 로그 데이터 처리 방법 및 이를 수행하는 시스템이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 로그 데이터 처리 시스템은 제1 저장 모듈과, 제2 저장 모듈과, 고객에 대한 업무 프로세스에 의해서 발생된 로그 데이터를 수집하고, 상기 로그 데이터의 종류에 따라 상기 로그 데이터를 제1 로그 데이터와 제2 로그 데이터로 분류하고, 상기 제1 로그 데이터를 상기 제1 저장 모듈로 전송하고, 상기 제2 로그 데이터를 상기 제2 저장 모듈로 전송하는 로그 수집 모듈과, 상기 제1 저장 모듈 및 상기 제2 저장 모듈 중에서 적어도 하나의 저장 데이터에 대한 로그 데이터 그래프를 생성하는 로그 그래프 생성 모듈을 포함할 수 있다.
