Summary: | Disclosed is a regular exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system for NOx reduction. According to the present invention, an EGR system comprises a recirculation unit connecting an engine exhaust side and an engine intake side. The recirculation unit regularly recirculates exhaust gas to an intake side using pressure difference between an engine intake and an engine exhaust. In a joint portion between components comprising the recirculation unit, one EGR gasket which has a recirculation hole with diameter equal to or smaller than a diameter of a related joint portion path is installed.
NO저감을 위한 상시 EGR 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 EGR 시스템은, 엔진 배기 측과 흡기 측을 잇는 환류부를 포함하고, 환류부는 엔진 흡기와 배기의 압력차를 이용하여 배기가스를 흡기 측으로 상시 환류시키는 구성이며, 환류부를 구성하는 구성품 사이의 이음부에는 해당 이음부 통로의 직경과 같거나 작은 직경의 환류구멍을 갖는 EGR 가스켓이 하나씩 설치되도록 구성한 것을 요지로 한다. |
