Summary: | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional shape measurement device of train wheels, which carries out a 360-degree profile measurement on the circumference of a train wheel to calculate the measured data into a three-dimensional image, thereby allowing users to conveniently check the measurement result with the naked eye. According to the present invention, the three-dimensional shape measurement device of train wheels is capable of measuring the condition of the profile on the entire outer circumference of a train wheel, thereby detecting all the defects in the train wheel.
본 발명은 철도 차륜의 3차원 형상 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 차륜의 원주에 위치한 360도 구간의 답면에 대한 측정이 이루어지고, 측정된 데이터를 연산하여 3차원 이미지로 도출 가능하도록 함으로써 사용자가 육안으로 용이하게 측정결과를 확인할 수 있게 한 철도 차륜의 3차원 형상 측정장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명을 적용하면, 차륜의 전체 외주면에 의한 답면 상태를 측정할 수 있으므로, 차륜의 모든 결함을 측정할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. |
