The present invention is for test or certification of power supply or load of each test display. 본 발명은 하나의 장치를 이용하여 직류출력인 태양전지나 연료전지의 시뮬레이터 혹은 단순 직류전원으로 동작할 수 있으며, 또한 교류출력인 전력계통 시뮬레이터 등으로도 동작하여, 각종 시험 기기의 전원 혹은 부하 등의 시험이나 인증을 위한 다기능 시뮬레이터에 관한 것이다.
