The present invention relates to an apparatus to fixate a transfer film capable of preventing a transfer film from being pushed, easily discharging bubbles generated in a transfer process, and preventing the film from being folded by forming separate adsorption holes on a jig to adsorb the transfer film with different strengths; and to a transfer method using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus to fixate a transfer film comprises: a jig including a mounting groove such that a substrate is placed on an upper surface thereof; a plurality of first adsorption holes formed on a front end of the mounting groove on which the transfer starts to adsorb the front end of the transfer film onto the jig; and a plurality of second adsorption holes formed along the rear end part and left and right circumferential parts of the mounting groove to adsorb the rear end part and the left and right circumferential parts of the transfer film onto the jig. 본 발명은 전사필름 고정장치 및 이를 이용한 전사방법에 관한 것으로서, 전사필름을 서로 다른 힘으로 흡착시키는 별도의 흡착홀을 지그에 형성시켜 전사필름의 밀림을 방지함과 동시에 전사과정에서 발생하는 기포가 용이하게 배출되고, 필름 접힘 현상이 방지되도록 한다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 전사필름 고정장치는 상면에 기판이 놓여지는 안착홈이 형성되어 있는 지그; 전사가 시작되는 상기 안착홈의 전단부에 형성되어 전사필름의 전단부를 지그에 흡착시키는 다수개의 제1 흡착홀; 그리고, 상기 안착홈의 후단부 및 좌우 둘레부을 따라 형성되어 전사필름의 후단부 및 좌우 둘레부을 지그에 흡착시키는 다수개의 제2 흡착홀을 포함하여 이루어진다.
