Summary: | The present invention provides a novel polymer electrolyte composite film whose stability is good, ionic conductivity is high and permeability is low, a manufacturing method thereof, and a redox flow battery including the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a polymer electrolyte composite film, comprising: 1-10 parts by weight of sulfonated silica and 0.01-20 parts by weight of an amphiphilic surfactant, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a polymer mixture which includes 95-99 wt% of a first sulfonated hydrocarbon-based polymer with hydrogen ion conductivity and 1-5 wt% of a second fluorine-based hydrophilic polymer, and a manufacturing method thereof. Therefore, the polymer electrolyte composite film has a low permeability, and an effect of maintaining high-ionic conductivity and durability.
본 발명은 이온 전도도가 높고, 투과도가 낮으며, 막의 안정성이 우수한 새로운 고분자 전해질 복합막 및 이러한 고분자 전해질 복합막의 제조방법과 이를 포함하는 레독스 흐름전지를 제공하는 것에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 수소전도성을 갖는 술폰화된 탄화수소계 제 1 고분자 95 내지 99 중량%와 불소계 소수성 제 2 고분자를 1 내지 5 중량% 포함하는 고분자 혼합물;과 상기 고분자 혼합물 100 중량부에 대해, 술폰화된 실리카 1 내지 10 중량부 및 양친성 계면활성제 0.01 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 고분자 전해질 복합막과 이를 제조하는 방법을 제시하며, 투과도가 낮고 고이온 전도성과 내구성이 유지되는 효과가 있다. |
