The present invention relates to a heavy load transfer and an alignment apparatus which comprises: a transfer base wherein a heavy load is loaded onto an upper portion having a stepped portion on an outer circumferential surface; a height adjustment unit arranged between a ground and the stepped portion, and adjusting a height of the transfer base; a plurality of horizontal transfer units arranged along a side of the transfer base, adjusting a horizontal position of the transfer base by pressurizing the transfer base to a horizontal direction; and a transfer means reducing friction between a height adjustment unit and the ground for the transfer base to be moved when pressurizing the horizontal transfer units. 본 발명은 중량물 이송정렬장치에 관한 것으로서, 중량물이 상부에 적재되며 외주연에 단차부가 형성된 이송베이스; 지면과 단차부 사이에 배치되어 이송베이스의 높이를 조절하는 높이조절부; 이송베이스의 측면을 따라 복수개가 배치되며 이송베이스를 수평방향을 가압하여 이송베이스의 수평위치를 조절하는 수평이송부; 및 높이조절부와 지면 사이의 마찰력을 줄여 수평이송부의 가압시 이송베이스가 이동되도록 하는 이송수단을 포함한다.
