The organic light emitting display includes a thin film transistor arranged on a substrate, a first pixel defining layer which is arranged in the upper part of the thin film transistor and has an opening, an insulating layer which is arranged in the opening of the first pixel defining layer and has the constant curvature of an upper surface, and an organic light emitting device arranged on the insulating layer. 본 발명은 시야각에 따른 색편차 및 휘도편차를 최소화 시킨 유기발광 디스플레이 장치 및 그 제조방법을 위하여, 본 발명의 일 관점에 따르면, 기판, 상기 기판 상에 배치된 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 박막트랜지스터 상부에 배치되며 개구를 갖는 제1화소정의막, 상기 제1화소정의막의 개구 내에 배치되며, 상면의 곡률반경이 일정한, 절연막 및 상기 절연막 상에 배치된 유기발광소자를 구비하는, 유기발광 디스플레이 장치를 제공한다.
