The present invention provides a riser supporter and a floating type structure or a ship comprising the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the riser supporter comprises: a supporting unit to which a top joint coupled with the top part of the riser is inserted from the top downward, yet placed on board to move as the riser pitches and rolls; and a shock absorbing unit coupled with the supporting unit to absorb shock generated as the supporting unit rolls.
