According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is an apparatus for recovering sediment deposits in an underground storage tank, comprising: a suction device which sucks sludge deposited in an underground storage tank; a crushing device which crushes solid sludge deposited in the underground storage tank; a sludge transfer pipe which is connected to the suction device to transfer the sucked sludge to the outside; a floating device which supports the suction device and the sludge transfer pipe, and floats and controllably moves on the water; a thrusting device which is installed at the lower portion of the floating device and generates propulsion force to move the floating device on the water; a control device which is installed at the upper portion of the floating device and the propulsion device; and a solid-liquid separation device which receives the sucked sludge transferred from the sludge transfer pipe and separates solids therefrom. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 지하 저장조에 침전되어 있는 슬러지를 흡입하는 흡입장치; 상기 지하 저장조에 침전되어 있는 고형 슬러지를 파쇄하는 파쇄장치: 상기 흡입장치에 연결되어 흡입된 슬러지를 외부로 반출하기 위한 슬러지 이송관; 상기 흡입장치와 슬러지 이송관을 지지하고 수면상에 부유되며 이동이 가능하도록 제어되는 부유장치; 상기 부유장치의 하부에 설치되며 상기 부유장치를 수면상에서 이동시키는 추진력을 발생시키는 추진장치; 상기 부유장치의 상부에 설치되며 상기 흡입장치 및 추진장치를 제어하는 제어장치; 및 상기 슬러지 이송관에서 흡입된 슬러지를 이송받아 고형물을 분리해내는 고액분리장치; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하 저장조 침전물 회수장치가 제공된다.
