Summary:Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting and receiving data based on a location. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the location of a receiving device in a preset time section is predicted based on the location information of the receiving device. A prediction data rate related to the continuity of data reproduction is calculated according to the predicted location and communication environment information corresponding to the predicted location. The previously received data is stored in a buffer according to the prediction data rate. 위치에 기반하여 데이터를 송수신하는 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 수신 장치의 위치 정보에 기초하여 미리 정한 시간 구간에서의 수신 장치의 위치를 예측하고, 예측된 위치 및 예측된 위치에 대응하는 통신환경정보에 따라 데이터 재생의 연속성과 관련된 예측 데이터율을 계산하며, 예측 데이터율에 따라 미리 수신된 데이터를 버퍼에 저장한다.
