The present invention provides an adhesive member application apparatus for fixing an electrode assembly, comprising: a transfer portion for sequentially transferring the electrode assembly in a certain direction in accordance with a process sequence; a sense portion for sensing the location of an external circumference of the electrode assembly arranged on the transfer portion; a taping probe for applying an adhesion member for fixing to at least a portion of the external circumferential surface of the electrode assembly; and a control portion for controlling the operation of the transfer portion, the sense portion, and the taping probe.
