The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display device according to the present invention comprises a liquid crystal panel; a backlight unit located on the rear of the liquid crystal panel; a liquid crystal display device module including a cover bottom covering the rear of the backlight unit and including multiple embossing parts protruding from the rear surface; a coupling means comprising a pem nut and a screw coupled with the pem nut; and a system board installed on the rear of the cover bottom through the coupling means, wherein the pem nut includes multiple coupling grooves formed along the outer circumferential surface for a part of the embossing parts to be inserted into each of the multiple coupling grooves to be fixed in the embossing parts. 본 발명은 액정표시장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 액정표시장치는 액정패널과, 상기 액정패널의 배면에 위치되는 백라이트 유닛과, 상기 백라이트 유닛의 배면을 덮으며, 배면에 돌출 형성된 엠보부를 다수 구비하는 커버버툼을 포함하는 액정표시장치모듈과, 상기 엠보부에 인입되는 팸너트와 상기 팸너트에 결합 체결되는 스크류로 구성된 체결수단과, 상기 체결수단을 통해 상기 커버버툼의 배면에 장착되는 시스템보드를 포함하고, 상기 팸너트는 외주면을 따라 형성된 다수의 결합홈을 포함하여 상기 다수의 결합홈 각각에 상기 엠보부의 일부분이 삽입되면서 상기 엠보부에 인입되며 고정된다.
