Summary: | The present invention relates to a polymer catalyst slurry composition for an energy storage apparatus, a porous electrode containing a catalyst layer formed with the composition, a membrane-electrode assembly containing the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the polymer catalyst slurry composition comprises: an ionomer, a dispersant solvent, and water soluble low molecules, and facilitates formation of pores on a catalyst layer included in an electrode for increasing an electrochemically active surface area.
