Summary: | The present invention relates to red ginseng milk products wherein the red ginseng milk product is manufactured by adding red ginseng concentration solution as a food additive to milk products in the market and sterilizing the same, thereby removing the bitter taste of ginseng from the milk and improving immune activity. In the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of red ginseng milk products, comprising the steps of adding 0.125-4 wt% of the red ginseng concentration solution to the milk and adding 2-4.7 wt% of oligosaccharide to the milk in the next step.
