Summary:The present invention relates to red ginseng milk products wherein the red ginseng milk product is manufactured by adding red ginseng concentration solution as a food additive to milk products in the market and sterilizing the same, thereby removing the bitter taste of ginseng from the milk and improving immune activity. In the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of red ginseng milk products, comprising the steps of adding 0.125-4 wt% of the red ginseng concentration solution to the milk and adding 2-4.7 wt% of oligosaccharide to the milk in the next step. 본 발명은 홍삼 농축액을 첨가한 시유에 식품첨가물을 첨가하고 살균하여 제조한 홍삼 우유는 쓴맛이 마스킹되고 면역활성이 증강된 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
