Summary:An encoder of the present invention includes: an input configured to receive a plurality of data bits; a processor configured to encode the data bits by utilizing a Hamming encoding operation to generate a plurality of coded bits; and an output configured to output the plurality of coded bits, wherein the processor is configured to reduce a maximum length of the consecutive same values of the encoded bits in comparison to coded bits corresponding to standard Hamming code. 본 발명의 인코더는 복수의 데이터를 수신하도록 구성된 입력부; 복수의 부호화 비트를 생성하기 위해 해밍 코드 부호화 연산을 사용하여 상기 데이터를 부호화하도록 구성된 프로세서; 및상기 복수의 부호화 비트를 출력하기 위한 출력부를 포함하며, 상기 프로세서는 상기 복수의 부호화 비트의 연속된 동일값의 최대 길이를 표준 해밍 코드에 해당하는 부호화 비트와 비교하여 감소시키도록 구성된다.
