The present invention relates to a device for attaching an adhesive tape to the outer surface of an electrode assembly in a laminated structure comprising an anode, a cathode, and a separation membrane interposed between the anode and the cathode. The device comprises: a taping unit including a first pressure bar having a first fixing end to fixate an upper portion of a non-adhesive surface of the adhesive tape and a second pressure bar having a second fixing end to fixate a lower portion of the non-adhesive surface of the adhesive tape; a clamp for receiving the adhesive tape so that the non-adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is positioned on a side of the first pressure bar and the second pressure bar; and a transfer unit for transferring the first pressure bar and the second pressure bar.
