Provided is a system for distributing the traffic of a wireless local area network in heterogeneous wireless networks including a mobile communication network and a wireless local network. It includes a wireless local network access part which is connected to a wireless local network access device and receives a wireless local network traffic of a terminal from the wireless local network access device, and a first path which transmits the wireless local network traffic to the packet data gateway of the mobile communication network based on a path determination information, and a distribution device which distributes it to one of second paths for transmission to an internet network.
