The present invention relates to a movable house with an expandable space. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the movable house with an expandable space provides a temporary residence for people who lost their place in a disaster; prevents diseases such as infectious diseases; and enables people to freely expand the internal space. To achieve this, the movable house with an expandable space comprises: a house main body having an internal space; a first expansion main body to be slid and come out from one internal side of the house main body to the outside and joined to a first cover plate; a first support member joined to the first cover plate to be rotated; a second expansion main body to be slid and come out from the other internal side of the house main body to the outside and joined to a second cover plate; and a second support member joined to the second cover plate to be rotated. 본 발명은 공간확장형 이동식 하우스에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 재난으로 인해 거주 장소가 소실된 이재민들에게 임시 거주 장소를 제공할 수 있고, 전염병 등의 질병 발생을 방지할 수 있으며, 이재민들이 활용할 수 있는 내부 공간을 자유롭게 확장할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
