Summary:A power supply system with an active power control device, which is a part of an aircraft, according to the present invention includes: a solar cell which converts solar energy into electric energy; a fuel cell which is mounted on the air vehicle and outputs the electric energy through conversion by the electrochemical reaction of fuel energy; a battery which supplements the shortage of power supplied from the solar cell and the fuel cell to the air vehicle, and stores the surplus power; and the active power control device which is simultaneously connected to the solar cell, the fuel cell, and the battery, and combines and distributes the power generated in the solar cell, the fuel cell, and the battery to a load, as a part of the configuration of the air vehicle. The present invention maximizes the efficiency of mounted fuel by efficiently distributing the power of each power source according to the performance of the solar cell by the weather and the power consumption required by the air vehicle using the controllable power of the fuel cell unlike an existing passive method. The accomplishment of a mission of the air vehicle is secured by stably maintaining the minimum stage of charge (SOC) of the battery. 본 발명에 따른 능동형 전력제어장치를 구비한 전력공급 시스템은 비행체의 일부 구성으로서, 태양에너지를 전기에너지로 변환 출력하는 태양전지, 비행체에 탑재되어 연료에너지의 전기화학적 반응에 의해 전기에너지로 변환 출력하는 연료전지, 태양전지와 연료전지가 비행체에 공급하는 전력의 부족분을 보충하고, 잉여분을 저장하는 배터리, 및 태양전지, 연료전지 및 배터리와 동시 접속하여, 태양전지, 연료전지 및 배터리에서 생성되는 전력들을 부하에 조합 분배시키는 능동형 전력제어장치를 포함하여, 기존 Passive 방식과 달리 연료전지의 제어 가능한 출력을 이용하여 비행체가 요구하는 소요동력 및 날씨에 따른 태양전지 성능에 따라서 각각의 동력원의 전력을 효율적으로 분배함으로써 탑재연료의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있으며, 아울러 배터리의 최소 SOC(State of Charge)를 안정적으로 유지하여 비행체의 임무수행을 보장할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
