Summary: | The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a cosmetic product for skin cell generation, capable of manufacturing a cosmetic product for skin cell generation with excellent absorption using functional water similar to bio-water, wherein the cosmetic product for skin cell generation is manufactured by generating magnetized hexagonal water from water, by a magnetized hexagonal water; extracting natural protein from a stem cell culture liquid, which is obtained by safely separating human fat stem cells and then culturing the cells, by a first extractor; obtaining at least one skin useful ingredient of peptide, niacinamide, adenosine, arbutin, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, lecithin, squalane, ubiquinone, hyaluronic acid, allantoin, and collagen from the stem cell culture liquid, by a second extractor; obtaining a plant extract from at least one plant of pomegranate, ginseng, licorice, ginseng seeds, Astragalus membranaceus, Wolfiporia cocos, Scutellaria baicalensis, Portulaca oleracea, Polygonum multiflorum, Angelica gigas, Angelica tenuissima, Coix lachryma-jobi, Coconopsis lanceolata, Morus alba, and cucumber, by a third extractor; and mixing the natural protein, at least one skin useful ingredient, and at least one plant extract using the magnetized hexagonal water, by a mixer. |
