The present invention relates to a monitoring system for providing accident-related video files to users. The present invention the monitoring system for providing videos to a server by the monitoring cameras. If each monitoring camera receives a specific signal by the user, a stop image with information about a captured point is transmitted to the server after capturing the stopped image. The server generates and stores the accident-related video vile as the video which is photographed before a set time based on a time when the stopped image is received, and allows the users to see the stopped image as a representative image of the accident-related video file.
